Every year, several new proptech companies are added, and the Norges Eiendomsmegler Association annually updates its proptech map.

Since 2014, the Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents (NEF) has been publishing what they call the Norwegian proptech map. This map is developed through NEF's proptech advisory board, which includes resources from several large and exciting companies in the real estate sector, in addition to NEF itself. The newcomers for this year were announced at the proptech conference in June 2023. Properti is one of the newcomers in 2023 that earned a spot on NEF's proptech map.

Indeed, being included in NEF's proptech map is a significant statement that demonstrates to the outside world that the challenger, Properti, is gradually becoming more visible in the market.
